The third Transnational Project Meeting (TPM 3) and Workshop 1 of the project took place in Florence, Italy, from September 22 to 26, 2025, hosted by MeWe at Le Murate. The event brought together 49 participants, including teachers, school managers, and project mentors from six partner countries. The meeting commenced with a welcome session and introductory activities aimed at fostering collaboration among participants. Throughout the week, a series of interactive workshops and classroom simulations were conducted, focusing on classroom observation practices, peer observation processes, and reflective teaching strategies. Participants actively engaged in pre- and post-observation discussions, explored tools for classroom analysis, and contributed to professional development planning based on observation data. The program also included sessions on informal observation, school leadership, and the design of Professional Development Programs (PDP). A school visit and city tour complemented the academic activities, promoting cultural exchange and strengthening partnerships. The meeting concluded with reflection sessions and a project management meeting to evaluate progress and plan future steps.
