The fifth Transnational Project Meeting (TPM 5) of the project will take place in Maribor, Slovenia, from April 20 to 24, 2026, hosted by Academia. The meeting will bring together project partners from all participating institutions to review progress and plan the final stages of implementation. The programme will begin with opening remarks and an overview of meeting objectives, followed by sessions focusing on peer classroom observation progress, teacher feedback on observation tools, and revisions based on collected data. Throughout the meeting, partners will engage in discussions on qualitative analysis results, dissemination activities, and the development and implementation of school-based Professional Learning Plans (PLPs). In addition, sessions will address post-test quantitative data collection planning, the development of a handbook for professional learning practices, and the preparation of five academic papers for international conferences. Partners will also review the organization of the upcoming international conference in Izmir and the next transnational meeting in Türkiye. The meeting will conclude with a school visit and a project dinner, fostering collaboration, cultural exchange, and strengthening partnerships among participants.
