The fourth Transnational Project Meeting (TPM 4) of the project was held in Porto, Portugal, from November 17 to 21, 2025, hosted by the University of Porto. The meeting brought together project partners from various institutions to review progress and coordinate the next phases of implementation. The programme began with a welcome session, followed by in-depth discussions on diagnostic observation processes and quantitative data collection during the pre-test phase. Throughout the meeting, partners engaged in sessions focusing on social inclusion-oriented peer classroom observation, the refinement of observation tools based on teacher feedback, and qualitative and quantitative data analysis. Significant attention was given to the development and implementation of school-based Professional Learning Plans (PLPs), as well as the preparation of a handbook aimed at improving teaching practices. In addition, partners collaborated on planning communication and dissemination activities for Work Package 3 and discussed the organization of the upcoming international conference in Izmir and the next transnational meeting in Türkiye. The meeting concluded with a school visit, a city tour, and a project dinner, which fostered cultural exchange and strengthened collaboration among participants.
